Booking & cancellation policy

Plain words, no fine print

Plans change — we get it. So here is everything about deposits and refunds, spelled out before you book.

If you cancel, how much comes back

  1. 30 days or more before the trip 100% Full refund, minus transfer/platform fees only (if any)
  2. 15–29 days before 50% of the amount paid
  3. 7–14 days before 25% of the amount paid
  4. Less than 7 days before No refund By then the hotel, entrance tickets and river cruise are already booked and paid for

Rescheduling

Change your date once for free if you tell us at least 14 days before the trip (subject to hotel, van and guide availability on the new date).

Changing a traveler

Someone else can take your place at no extra cost — just give us the new name at least 3 days before the trip.

If we have to change something

For example severe weather that makes the cruise unsafe, or other events beyond our control: we arrange a replacement of equal value, or refund the part that did not take place.

Frequently asked questions

What should we wear at the Grand Palace and temples?

Modest dress: trousers or a skirt below the knee, a top with sleeves, nothing tight or see-through. Your guide checks everyone before we set off so nobody is turned away at the gate.

When can we visit Taling Chan floating market?

The floating market opens on Saturdays and Sundays only. If day 2 falls on a weekday, we visit the Artist’s House at Khlong Bang Luang with its traditional puppet show instead. Your guide will confirm before departure.

Can seniors or small children manage the 344 steps of the Golden Mount?

The stairs spiral up gently with places to rest, and most people take about 15 minutes. If anyone in your group would rather not, tell us in advance — we can switch to Mahanakhon SkyWalk (+900 THB per person) or adjust the plan.

We are 3 or 5 people — how is the price calculated?

Prices shown are per person for groups of 2 / 4 / 6 / 8 sharing twin rooms. For any other group size just message us and we’ll quote (single room supplement 3,500 THB per person).

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes — 1,600 THB per group round trip (2,400 THB for Don Mueang during rush hour). Just give us your flight details when booking.

Which languages does the guide speak?

A licensed Thai- and English-speaking guide is included. A Chinese, Japanese, Korean or Arabic-speaking guide is +800 THB per person.

What if we cancel or move the date?

Cancel 30+ days ahead for a full refund, 15–29 days for 50%, 7–14 days for 25%; under 7 days is non-refundable. You can move the date once for free with 14 days’ notice. Full details are in the Booking & cancellation policy

How far in advance should we book?

At least 7 days, so we can reserve the long-tail boat, the dinner cruise and the hotel. Let us know about allergies, vegetarian meals or small children when you book.
